Some surfing, anyone?

've been very busy with my marching bands/pageantry for the last 4 months, so my trips to the Huntington Beach Pier have been a no. However I got by last Friday for a short time, actually splitting time with some birding (of which I will post some birdies elsewhere). Two very different activities...of course both requiring fast shutter. These are at 1/1600th, f 6.3 and 400mm...all shot at crop on my Z9 which results in a 19.4 MP file.

Being from California now in Las Vegas I do miss the ocean. I took it for granite, not anymore.
