Actually most of your picture is under the rainbow, but it does not sing as well. Looks like a beautiful area - next up, snow.

i dont use any post-processing software...actually all i use is a 6.1 pixel digital kodak camera and load the pics onto my laptop from the 4.0GB SD memory card

You should try a trial version of a post-processing software, maybe like Adobe Elements. You can really bring out the colors nicely and it's alot of fun to play with!

In the first photo, could you have taken it at a different angle to eliminate the power lines?

unfortunatley no.....if i went to the right any further the trees would have covered the view...the power lines are stuck there.....sorry

Mary......i may give that a try thanks......you should look at my other pics ive posted.....there not just these three..i have plenty of landscape and a few sunset photos
