Looks like you have access to a good position for shooting. Good job capturing the action. Getting the entire ball in the image is a good thing. Personally I try to note/confirm most of the players are right handed. Then position in a location in which their arm does not block their face. You did good with that in these photos.

I am going to try hard this year on my basketball, wrestling, etc. All my indoor photos need working on.You are right I was looking at other peoples photos looking at exactly that, the positioning for the shots. Next game I am going to move around the court more to get a better open angle of the players. Keep posting. Thanks Rick BE SAFE!!

You did great for getting back in the basketball saddle again. Colors are vibrant, action is really good. I'm off to hopefully capture my first basketball game of the season tonight after my soccer T&I session, it will be a busy day for me.
Keep posting Tom and stay safe.

Hi Jules. Still tinkering with it. It will help me save photos that I would usually delete. I will try and not over use it as you mentioned. Thanks BE SAFE!!

I just meant by overusing it Jim from MP I read not to over do the sharpening, it makes the faces look like plastic, obscuring lines in the face, etc. Join the maxpreps facebook page. Very informative. We can learn from others.
