Colorful waterfall

There is a spot along Hwy 2 going thru the canyon from Columbia Falls to Hungry Horse Mt where the water falls over the rocks right by the road. Someone (they have been doing this for years) adds food coloring to the upper portion and as the water freezes it looks very colorful.
I think it looks pretty amazing and it changes as the weather changes.

Thanks! I am not sure who does it but I have lived in this area for over 30 yrs and they do it every year.
