Eyes of Fire...First Responders Firefighters

Continuing with my "Eyes of Fire"..Peoria Fire Department Firefighters project, I have included some photos of the brave firefighters here in Peoria, Illinois photographed over the past 3 days.
I use a NIKON Z9 and NIKON Z6ii, 70-200mm 2.8 S and 24-70mm 2.8 Z. Auto-ISO for all photos.

Doc...To say that your images are superlative is an understatement!! The last time I saw B/W prints as vivid as yours are, I was using Kodak Tri X and Plus X film. I am totally impressed...!

Great set! B/W adds a touch of drama which matches perfectly to the subjects. Back lighting reveals the heat when they take off their helmet and cloth protection!!!very well shot!
