Great shots! I love shooting in the rain when the sky has some clouds you can bring out....

Nice! What do you do to protect your gear from water?

Even though my Sony A9 is "weather – resistant," I use a large golf umbrella with wind slits. The biggest problem is making sure that the glass is dry, so that I am not shooting through water droplets.
If the weather is on the horrible side, and I still want to shoot, I use my Sony RX 100, which is small enough to protect better. But, I prefer to use the A9 with its superb lens, because the controls can be changed easily while looking through the viewfinder, even while wearing gloves.

Interesting, thanks! I've been caught in rain while out shooting and unfortunately it's usually windy too so the umbrella doesn't work too well.
