I was able to make it down to the friend of mine that took ownership of my horses....it had been about 2 months since I was able to make it down there to visit them....oh how I was in need of a horsey fix!!!
Even though it was cold out -- about 10 -- I still enjoyed spending time in the pasture with them.
These do look better in the download

Great set, Cindy. I miss my horses, too. Did you get horses to replace them?

No we didn't get anymore horses. I really miss having them and riding but we just are not home enough anymore to make them cost effective.
Beautiful images Cindy - very nice set!
Do they still run to you when you come?
Beautiful trio! They have there nice winter coats! Thanks for sharing...

Rudy does...as soon as I call out to them, he starts coming, then the other two follow.

Good morning Cindy,
Beautiful images!
At 73 years of age I have had the good fortune to continue (I honestly think I was born with this love) my absolute love for all of the planets wonderful beings (fellow Earthlings) - 2 legs (only occasionally), 4 legs, multi-legged, no legs - essentially all flora and fauna. If it were possible to somehow "adopt" each and every one of our wonderful and non-human beings - I certainly would do so.
But I remain steadfast and absolutely positive that the most beautiful and truly magnificent fellow Earthling (among my personal listing of well over thousands and in my humble opinion) will forever be Equus of the family Equidae - The Horse! - in all of their wonderful varieties, shapes, colors and personalities.
If / when we are finally approached by off-planet visitors (who I feel have been among us for many uncounted millennia) and are queried as to which might be the most beautiful Earthling among us I would have no trouble bringing forth and proudly presenting our "Horse". I really doubt there would be much disagreement among our visitors.
No, I'm not a closet UFO fanatic nor an insane conspiracy theorist and do maintain my sanity completely but the incredible magnificence and beauty of of Earths' Horse simply cannot be restricted or confined to just one planet.
Sorry for being sooooooo.... long winded but just the thought or image of the Horse always brings these thoughts to my mind.
Please keep posting and all the very best to you and yours Cindy,
Terry
