WOW! I don't shoot bugs and this is really interesting.
Some great work!
The title "FYI" is about as non-descriptive as one gets here. Almost as bad as HELP.

"Try to use descriptive titles when creating new topics. Instead of something like "Please Help", write a title that briefly states the nature of your post. That way, people who know the answer or are interested in that particular topic would be more likely to click on it to read it and post replies."

Wasn't sure exactly where it should go.

I think this is a good section for it- I was just talking about the title.
"Tips for photographing arthropods" or something like that.
I hope others see this and what simple equipment he was using.
Maybe put a duplicate post in the macro section too?
Thanks again for the link though.

It's been suggested that I re-post the attached in a more suitable forum - so, here it is.

This is the macro forum:
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/s-102-1.html

It's in the "all sections " part of the webite:
http://www.uglyhedgehog.com/section_list.jsp

Your title should be something like, "Tips for photographing bugs", not just "Macro"

Took me a bit to figure that out myself.

That was very good. The bugs and about the equipment.

AAmazing! I wish I had half that much patience. This is proof, once again, that great photos do not require the newest, greatest, most expensive equipment. They require a dedicated photographer who knows how to use the equipment he has. Thanks for posting.
