Not once have I claimed his innocence.. just the contrary. I agree Brinton does have a right to plead his case in front of a judge and jury to decide if he is guilty or not. That doesn't necessarily mean he gets to keep his job, especially after being caught on video preforming the illegal act, not just once but at least twice for stealing luggage, clothing and jewelry. Once "arrested" most people are fired for being absent and unable to preform their job, long before ever going to trial.
