I believe it is a ‘63. The 59-61 had a wrap a windshield that wrapped around on the sides. The ‘62-64 has the same windshield as the one shown as well as the Mercedes Benz style grill like shown (Stude distributed MB in the US at that time). I have both a ‘60 and ‘62 setting behind the barn at present and scrapped my ‘59 and’61 a few years back so I kind of know my Studes.

I'd put my money on a 1962 Studebaker Lark Daytona as I think you can see from the pics below. Check out the lower right corner of page 313. That's definitely the grille, bumper and headlights seen here on the original. It's certainly not a '61 as seen in the 2nd photo. The third photo is a '63 and is similar but not the one. The final two are the same. Agreed?

It's a 1962. The grill with the square grid pattern was used in 1962 only.
1959 - 1961 can only be determined by the placement of the small emblem at the bottom of the grill.
1963 saw a nice face lift for the body,
1964 - 1966 have an attractive new look from a major face-lift.

Studebaker Lark, 1963-4 maybe. Studebaker went out of business in 1964.

This is the car Madison Avenue turned into a cigarette commercial. "Show us your Lark."

Thanks Frank and the general consensus is this is an early 60's model. vz
