This is happening in major cities all across this country and it is shameful. I'm so glad I don't live even near a major metropolitan area.

Frank, I don't know but just saying possibly the high crime rates in those states could be mainly from Democrat run cities within those states. I'm not stating this as fact but as something worth looking into as possibly the reason for these states having such a high crime rate. I suppose one could find out which cities in those states have the highest crime rates and then find out if those cities are Democrat or Republican controlled.
