The backyard of Windsor Castle?

Tower of London. There are actually two guards who stand on either side of a row of cannons who march back and forth in front of them. This only shows one of them. A tourist sat on a low fence in front of the cannons, and one of the guards yelled at him to get off of the fence.

Hi! Since the camera is longer on Ebay, I couldn’t see what kind of camera it was…can you tell me what it was? Going to Europe soon and it sounds perfect! Then I can look for another one if available somewhere! Thanks!

Canon SX230 HS. Dates to 2011. Sure, it's out of date in many ways, but it only cost 50 bucks used on eBay. (There were a few listings going up to $75.)

2011 but still takes great video and pics and that 30X optical can't be beat. I always take it along for quick shots. When I shoot pro I use a Canon EOS R6

The most range comes in bridge cameras, but they are not pocketable and above your budget. Anything I can suggest is above your budget, but the type of camera is a Lumix DCZS80 or Sony DSC-HX99. Try looking for earlier models like a used DC-ZS70 or DSC-HX80.

So these camera's are all $50.00 or less, that is his budget if you read that.

This is very good advice. I bought the Sony DSC-HX99 and loved its reach but I have quite large hands and it was difficult for me to use. Gave it to my wife. Great camera.

Please reread his post, his budget is $50.00, not $400.00

SONY DSC-HX80. 30 X Optical, 4K Video.

Please reread his post, his budget is $50.00. So your saying you can get a HX80 for $50.00?
Why won't folks read the post before they comment?

I do not know about the "long zoom" part, but my Olympus TG-4 camera is an excellent pocket camera, and also takes good underwater photos. The TG series are excellent value for the money.

Here ya go:
Canon PowerShot SX230 HS 12.1MP with HD 1080p video point and shoot camera with 14x optical zoom.

It is an older camera... don't think it's sold new anymore? There is a used one available at KEH for around $29. But it's just the camera... no battery, cord, etc.

Here's one for $55, plus $15 shipping. It's from Ukraine!

There are newer and better cameras, but not for 50 bucks, and it isn't junk. I'll attach one picture I took with mine in 2017.

A magnificently beautiful composition 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 but, IMHO, one of the most boring jobs out there

For $50 bucks, you will get what you pay for.
Used? A risk in my book. Go to Walgreens for a $199.00 new and warranted name brand.
Better to get a new $400 or so name brand cam that you can depend on.
I have been searching for a compact good qual mirrorless and just purchased a Sony EV-10. $800.00 for a three lens package etc and I think worth it. This supplements my Nik D500 which is too heavy and large to carry everywhere.
Hope this helps.

I was surprised to see cameras in the $50 range on Amazon. They're described as "vlogging" cameras or for kids.
