If you photograph people, then you might want to try Photo AI because it has a face recognition module in it that isn't in the others to my knowledge. I don't do people so I've never looked for it in their other apps.
I think the face recognition is the biggest improvement made in A1. Gigapixel can really distort faces and that seems to be corrected when upscaling in A1.
I have these programs and find that Photo AI does everything I want. Don't use Topaz S,D,or G anymore, but they are still available on my computer, space not an issue. Suggest you down load Photo AI for a trial and then decide.

Topaz Gigapixel AI has Facial Recognition. It is located (hiding) just to the left of the "Trash Can" on the lower right. It works well enough if there is sufficient data for it to work with. Best Wishes, JimmyT Sends
Is it advisable to uninstall Sharpen and Denoise if you have Photo AI? I am trying to free up memory on my computer and removing some unneeded plug-ins will help. I haven’t added Photo AI yet and hoping you can give me some guidance on this. Thanks.
I have the Trio bundle, and received Photo AI gratis. Sometimes, I need to specialize one of the Trio after using Photo AI. Best to find another way to free up space.

They take up storage space and not memory if you are not using them. I have both, and as was already stated, the individual programs work a little bit better than the Photo AI.
