Perhaps you should try reading the Federalist Papers or other writings of the documents originators, and you would find that "the people" are the m*****a and it is an individual right.

Perhaps you need to study my classes on the 2nd Amendment so you have a good idea of what the reference to m*****a means.
I covered that in detail and it is very clear.
