This statement exposes your propensity to h**e. The shooting was tragic by any stretch of the imagination, but "a good shooting"? The investigation was conducted by the ubiquitous 'fox in the hen house'. There was no way the C*****l P****e Lt. who shot her was going to be found culpable of a bad shooting. What a crock of l*****t BS that is. The Lieutenant who shot her clearly overreacted. She wasn't armed and while reports claim she was told to stop, it's hard to believe with all the pandemonium outside the Speaker's lobby, she actually heard that order.

I'm sure the situation was pretty chaotic, but the cop clearly overreacted. I wouldn't shoot if I was barricaded behind a door with furniture stacked up against it like the Capitol cop was and I took the time to look to see if she was armed (she wasn't). She offered to immediate, direct threat to anyone.
