With all due respects, why would you want our thoughts on the camera. You have it now, what are your thoughts? Is it handy to carry, does it meet your own level of excellence in taking photographs? Is it easy to use and does it give you great photos? Isn't that all that matters.
Have fun with the Leica. I have owned numerous Leica cameras, all rangefinders with one SLR, and loved them all.

I had a D-Lux some years ago, which I used for travel. Nice camera. Good image-making capability. Enjoy!

I still have my Leica D-Lux 2 that I purchased from B&H for $745 in 2006. I haven't fired it up in several years, but it was a fine 8 megapixel pocket camera that took great travel pics. The only irritant I found was the monitor was useless in bright sun. It did not have a viewfinder.
