Solarization.

I recently saw a artical on UUH about a photographic tutor that had not seen a solarization photograph before,
there are two main types of solarization, the original solarization is done when developing film, the film is exposed to light during development, the other form of solarization is done when developing a print this is called sudo solarization. The diffrence is, on film underdeveloped parts of the image become positive, when done on the development of the print the under developed parts become negative.
I have been doing this technique for many years, I have also started to develope a simular technique for digital, see attached examples.
