YET!

There are still over 30 days left before the next Congress is sworn in.

The 1*6 C*******e will be wrapping up their investigation, and filing their report.

Criminal referrals will likely be part of their wrap up activities.

The Special Counsel, Jack Smith, will welcome all of the evidence which the 1*6 C*******e has gathered, and use it in building the case against trump when he indicts trump.

It was no accident that AG Merrick Garland chose Jack Smith to lead the investigations into trump and anyone who was involved in the planning, funding, and execution of the J****** 6, 2021 I**********n and trump's attempted c**p.

On December 21, 2020, 11 GOP Members defended upon the White House for a strategic planning meeting with Mike Pence, Rudy Giuliani, and Mark Meadows.

Mo Brooks, Brian Babin, Andy Biggs, Matt Gaetz, Louie Gohmert, Paul Gosar, Andy Harris, Jodi Hice, Jim Jordan, Scott Perry, Marjorie Taylor Green

All 14 of them are at risk of indictment under Jack Smith's Special Counsel investigation.

Then let's not forget the f**e e*****rs scheme in seven states!

Each of those e*****rs and anyone who collaborated to facilitate that scheme could, and likely will also face indictments under the Jack Smith Special Counsel investigation!

None of trump's inner circle working behind the scenes between November 3, 2020 and J****** 6, 2021 is safe, they're all at risk, as are any other GOP members of Congress who were involved in the planning, funding, and execution of the J****** 6, 2021 I**********n and trump's attempted c**p.

Not saying Smith can’t establish probable cause to prosecute (I’m not an attorney) but after reading Title 18 language of what constitutes s******n or i**********n it is going to be an uphill climb. The investigation will certainly focus on many of the people you have listed but the J** 6th committee, although able to make referrals and provide their findings, legally diluted much of their findings by their biased “stacking” of the committee which effectively disallowed any meaningful cross examination of any witnesses.

Smith may be able to discover written or electronic communications that the committee failed to obtain which could tie Trump to a conspiracy but the “mentes reas”, the mental state required for conviction wound require the government to establish Trump intended the violence that occurred on J****** 6th. I think in the end their best shot might be a theory of him not carrying out his sworn duty to defend the constitution and its laws by his omission ( not intervening after his knowledge of violence and pleas to intervene by certain allies).

Sure she is, there are plenty of cult members on both sides. I'm sure the Republicans have more cult members on their side than the Democrats but they're getting pretty close.

We're talking cult members and not good old fashion whack-jobs!
