I like the colored one the best!!
Color, the man in the b/w seems to blend in a bit with the background.
Another vote for color image.

I agree with NJFrank that the guy blends into the background in the b&w.
Nice that his coat closely matches the panels.

Depends on the mood you are trying for. B&W is more stark, and frankly, I like it better. I see that opinion is in the minority, but hey, that's ok.
