This may be a case of a background looking for a subject but when Linda posted a new contribution by FStop12 I was compelled to try and work with it. The texture overlay reminds me of a Kodak paper with a very heavy texture that I used a lot in my BW film days

There is just so much goodness going on with this background and getting closer to this texture overlay makes me happy. There is a canvas feel I like. Thanks for your always welcome encouragement.
