I noticed these plants by an entrance to a local apartment complex and made a mental note to go back as the color looked interesting.
I found that the name of the plant is Pink Muhly Perennial Grass.

Nice set! I have a clump in front of the house. They are really pretty when the sun hits them at an angle.
