Canon 90D battery issue

I just started getting a message on my camera that the battery needed to be changed after only about 20 shots. For the record it is happening with several batteries and the batteries work in the 80D no issue. I am guessing that there may be a dirty contact issue but was wondering if anybody else has run into this.

You can check the batteries health with your camera, it's a menu option.
