I have just one question about the Donner Party. Who was the sicko who named it the Donner Party?

Little known fact...
They had hired a drifter at the last minute who went by the name of Chuck (no last name).
He drove the food wagon for them.
Him being the quintessential odd man out...he was the first person that was eaten.
The name stuck... chuck wagon.
