I bought the Topaz suite a few months back where they had Denoise, Sharpen, Giga (making a smaller print into a larger one), and Photo AI. If I bought those individual, it would of cost a small fortune but they did bundle them all together at a nice sale price. I run all Topaz products from PS Lightroom only when I need them. Photo AI, there newest product, combines denoise/sharpen in one package and gives you a final photo as if you ran each one separately. I mostly use Sharpen AI for the motion blur because sometimes the eyes are not tack sharp, it did improve slightly the attached photo here from a night game last week!
Jules is a proponent of Topaz products and I think they have their use in the work flow.
