This moonset photo from October 10 is looking to the West from Boulder, Colorado. The Indian Peaks are part of the Continental Divide. The next full moon, on November 8 (election day!) will have an eclipse, much more challenging to photograph.

Nice shot. I'm hoping for clear skies on Nov 8 and hope to get a few shots of the Eclipse.

As is typical with Los Angeles, the last lunar full eclipse until 2025 coincides with a major deluge. We're expecting 1" of rain this week.

Looks like Northern California will be rained out for this eclipse also.
