Pretty wild, macro was the first genre of photography I got into when I purchased a good DSLR and learned to do reversed lens macro, my rig did about 4:1 macro which is much closer than a typical macro lens goes but never got an image like that, he took that with a microscope objective.

I don't like that image at all. It is too dark to see any detail, and it makes the bases of the antennae look like eyes (not compound eyes) and some hairs look like teeth. Some of the ant and fly macros we have seen here are much better in my humble opinion...
