Itβs great that you got him flying. We have them here in NM but I only get him at the feeder. I call him Louie.

Not a common sight here in this part of California. It was difficult to capture him as he wouldn't stay on a perch. He just kept flycatching from a few specific perches.
Great captures. Hard to get the color right on those birds.
They seem to be all over the Sacramento Valley right now. We've had scores at Lake Solano on the West side.
