I have heard of it but know nothing about it. I would like to know if they are ok or not as I am in CA myself. If you had problems with them, what happened?

I am sorry if I come across as bitchy, but the internet and Google are your friend. If you know how to be on UHH, you surely know how to do an internet search.
So, here’s a hint: the BBB, which is useless normally, has posts on it that show many unresolved issues and that this business isn’t accredited. A Google search shows 2.5 stars for 69 reviews.
I really like helping fellow UHHers, but is it too much to expect a minimum level of competence on such basic stuff?

Wouldn't reading their yelp views give you a sense? If their average rating is 1.5 stars of 5 over 44 comments, that probably tells you all you need to know. Far more than you can gather from UHH. Unless maybe, your sole goal was for someone else to do your research and tell you what to think?

Well, from the photo I wouldn't trust them. They are small potatoes and the location doesn't look good. I would guess that they don't have any training. If you can deal with them face to face you might can decide if they are legit or not.

Personal, online reviews are worthless. I rely on "professional" reviewers who do this all the time and have lots of experience doing it.
Companies make money generating good or bad reviews for products and companies. Amazon has had a problem with that, so I ignore Amazon reviews. Yelp is a place where people can harm a business for no legitimate reason.
