I have been there before but it has been many years since our last visit. Not a roller coaster fan but my son and his family are going with us and like to go on the rides. I am mainly looking for any suggestion or tips on taking photos.
There’s the Titanic museum, really cool. They have one of the few authentic deck chairs that survived.
I remember there being lots of places to see in Silver Dollar City but I also remember it as a tourist trap. Hopefully you won't hit too many touristas around the time you are going. Remember the old joke - A car driver offers a ride to a pedestrian but the pedestrian declines and says "I'm in a hurry".

We used to go through the 80's. They had an excellent musical group doing shows every night. We liked watching the glass blowing, broom making etc. too. Can't help with the photo taking but you should have good opportunities. Safe travels.

Tanglewood Farmer’s comments are excellent. Table Rock Lake is nearby, also; it is a nice lake, fish hatchery below the dam.
Many places to shoot photos.
The passion of Christ near Eureka Springs. Also a state park , where the river starts in cave if I remember correctly.
