Thank you very much, Mike! I went out this afternoon for a short hike down to the river, not too far from home. Things have changed since yesterday. We have rain coming and now have fairly strong, gusting Eastern winds that have taken down many of the leaves. I found a spot that is quite sheltered where there was still some nice color, but even that will be short lived, I am afraid.
