Yes, it is (or was) a pond. I've never seen it so low in the 27 years we've lived here.

Loc: I am from Gaffney, S.C. but live in Utah.
What can one say but youse is a good photographer. I was in Minnesota once attending an NCO course with the army. I was there in July and it was cold at night. It must be cold as hell in the winter.

Yes. When I lived in Northern Illinois it was always a rather gloomy, sad time. The brilliant colors on the Oaks would turn to brown, the trees were bare, black branches. One had to hunker down for the cold to come and think of the beauty to be next spring. Stay the course, it will return.
