Is this the same D810 you captured the Trillium grandiflorum (white trillium) in Western PA?
https://www.uglyhedgehog.com/t-642600-1.htmlAs your mentioned "... They are relatively scarce and don't last long here..."
Absolutely! They are indeed a threatened and endangered species in both Maine and New York...
Didn't realize that their southern range included the higher elevations of Western PA?
Is $920 the best price you will take on this kit?
btw; I don't do PM's on initial negotiation.... Need to keep things out in the open... experience is a brutal teacher...
All the best on your photographic journey...
And please do post more images of those precious Trillium grandiflorum (white trillium) if you happen to encounter them again... so delicate... so ephemeral... such a remarkable find indeed....

I hope you two can work something out. The IQ of this camera set the bar very high when it came out and still ranks near the top of the heap. I used one for 6 years, and it always blew me away.
Very kind comments Thomas902 and good to hear from you. Yes it is the same D810 and I am willing to entertain reasonable offers. However, having said that this is what KEH is asking for one in comparable condition but without the extras - spare battery, two generous media cards, RRS L bracket etc. By all means make an offer, I hope we can agree on a reasonalbe value for it.
I'll also be adding some additional Nikon F mount kit shortly, a D3 and some select F mount lenses. I'm pairing down the F mount stuff to invest in more Z mount stuff.
Sorry Thomas, I forgot about the Trillium. Yes they are scarce, they're particular about where they grow and only last a couple of weeks in the spring but they are worth hunting for. Even more rare are those that turn pink. If I find those this coming Spring I'll be sure to capture and post a shot.
For a bit of encouragement for those that may be interested in your D810, I have over 250,000 shutter clicks on mine and it is still going strong. At only 3,500, yours is like "showroom new".

They seem fairly common around here (SW Pa.) rural area.
I will gladly do $850.00.

Your offer is acceptable. I will respond via PM for details and arrangements.
I can do it tomorrow. I am at an important benefit dinner to day and will not be home to later tonight.
I have 2 D810s and would love to pick up a third. If the deals don't materialize, drop me a note and I will PayPal right away.
