Just enjoy NYC wonderful scenes.

BTW, we just wanted to stop by the B&H store in NYC not too far from there early Friday afternoon, but too bad the store was closed early on Friday.

Great shots! I’ve spent a lot of time in that part of the City. As for B&H being closed, I believe the store is owned and operated by Orthodox Jews which would account for the early closing on Friday in preparation for the Sabbath.

Nice city scenes. That mailbox shot is my favorite; I really like pattern shots.

My father worked for the post office in that building. It is now the Moynihan Train Hall, serving the Long island railroad. Its very nice, but then you have to descend into the bowels of hell to go to your train.

Penn Station is undergoing a massive renovation that will hopefully make it a more positive experience. I commuted thru Penn for years and was usually in such a hurry I didn’t notice it was falling apart around me😂

I also commuted for years. Its not only the physical plant in Penn Station. Its the crime the homeless, and the mentally ill who inhabit the place. If they don't get a handle on those problems, nobody will want to go there regardless of the aesthetics.
