There is push back on this.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services is rebuking Lapado’s guidance in a statement of its own.

“This decision is flawed and a far cry from the science. C****-** v*****es have been proven safe and effective, and severe adverse reactions are rare. V*****es were evaluated in tens of thousands of participants in clinical trials and since then, tens of millions of Americans have received C****-** v*****es,” said Sarah Lovenheim, with HHS.

There is more. The study appears to be flawed. Take it with a grain of salt.
