Ribert, it is a beautiful tree and take heart. I think very few images show the beauty of the original trees and leaves. But that's just my opinion.

Interesting. I would think vultures would stick around for the winter.
I had to check just to make sure I wasn't losing it. Taken directly from google is this quote:
"Northern populations of Turkey Vultures are migratory and will travel south to spend winters in Mexico, Central America, and coastal regions of the United States."
So now we both know for sure

Where I spend a lot of time - at Fish Lake, IN - things are just 95% green now. However, there are some beautiful trees than are totally eye-catching, but they are scattered around town or in farm areas. A person could make many stops on the road taking pictures if so inclined, but it take some riding around and searching for lucky breaks. Your shot is gorgeous πππππ

Pumpkins, no matter the size, shape, or color - are always spectacularly beautiful - and are yours here

This will likely be my last post for this challenge. Thank you so much, Joe, for hosting and doing a fine job too. Wondering how many of your tasks you were able to complete.
Fall also means memories of jumping in piles of leaves, burying each other in the piles and, in years past, the smell of burning leaves. Those were the days when you raked them to the edge of the street and set them afire. I can still smell them. Playing in the leaves with the grandsons a few years ago.... The frames with me in them were taken by my other grandson - the "Big Brother"
Fall whirlwind
Leaf bombed by big brother
Big brother strikes again
Grammie was "leafed"
A favorite
One of my all time favorites.
Some great shots here, Joe!
This has been a wonderful challenge, even if I wasn't present for most of this week. Joe, I did enjoy all of these entries. Thank you for a great job! Here are a few in my last entry this week for Fall Sights in New England.
