Musk offer 54.20/share . Then they had a big argument about user data. Musk tried to back out saying Twitter did not give him all data.
They have been in argument over that for a couple of months.
Twitter said fine - let’s go to court.
Musk backed down and said ok we will go with original offer.

So I don’t get your original post ?

If he does, it will be to the demise of Twitter. It will go the way of all conservative “we h**e the libs and want to bury” them business models. Liberals don’t care as much about this as MAGA-nites think it does. Ho hum! Just like trumps foray into the space.

I see so if the right can have a voice the lefties will leave? He is not going to suppress the left, he is just going to allow the right to have their voice.

Besides, Twitter is pretty much useless the way that it is, a leftwing echo chamber...

That would be good. Take Facebook, instagram tic-tac-toe and all the other social media platforms along. Into the trash Bin.
I can find not one bit of redeeming value for social media

Contributor on MSNBC said that this could effect the midterms.... God forbid that the democrats can't control the narrative.

That is why lib media is freaking a bit...allowing conservative voices on the platform might sway the e******n!

LoL

I do have concerns about unfettered content as a lot of bs already gets posted.

It gets posted in mainstream political ads as well though.

I was very disappointed when the fact checkers busted the Abbott campaign for using beto's voice in radio ads. The quotes were pretty damning and cast beto as a very far left progressive. I was cheering the ads.

Turns out the audio was stitched together bits...not an actual beto monologue and in no way reflected what beto had actually said. Once the fallacious nature of the ad hit the news they immediately quit running it.

It is difficult to tell bs from fact these days with the technology that can manipulate audio...an now video as well.

Can't trust your own eyes and ears anymore.
