Back to the David Levy 152...

I've sorta given up on the RC6 for the present. It is bench and star collimated but still yields star stretch on one side and in the corners. I'll come back to fixing this problem after I receive the flattener...
In the meantime I swapped out the RC6 for the David Levy 152 with a Sony A7R III on the iOptron CEM26 mount.
A beautiful night under the stars with the exception of an Aurora showing its (green) head about the time I shot the last two sessions, both of which were simply to show the huge number of galaxies populating the heavens.
I do love a Mak-Newt telescope!!
Enjoy!

I've attached my processing 'sheet' for astrophotography. It isn't cut in stone, i.e.: it changes often.
Clear skies!

Thanks for the tips! I have been trying to do a little bit of night sky photography this year. But so far, my results have been a little less than stellar.

The 42.4 MP of the A7R III definitely helps...
