Z9 Custom Controls Question

Wondering if any Z9 user has been successful at reassigning the video record button to Recall Shooting Settings (Hold). I’ve tried numerous times. It’s easy enough to change the settings and apparently save. But when I subsequently press the video record button the ‘saved’ settings are not activated.

According to my Z9 Guide by Thom Hogan, the answer is Yes, you can do it. However it is possible only if you have added firmware C 2.00 to your Z9. See his guide page 880 + and page 892+. The explanation on page 892 is pretty complex and may be confusing to some--like me. I have not tried to do this.

Yes. I've been reading T. Hogan's Guide. Good Point on the Firmware. I'll check the Firmware Version.
