This is one that begs study: lines, light/shadow, variance of cloud textures and separation, amplification of cloud size as it changes to seemingly mimic the height of the power poles, difference of textures in the foreground and hard structure of the dam, etc.
This is one I would put in the architectural realm for study of technique and vision applications. This stands out.

Thanks, merrytexan. Unfortunately, we only get clouds like this a couple of times a year. Most of the time, it's featureless blue skies. The kind of thing that inspires tourists to exclaim that it is a gorgeous day outside.
