$450 is a good price for this camera and lens. I paid $499 a couple of years ago when the camera package was dropped from nearly a thousand dollars as it was rumored that it would be discontinued. Panasonic must have reconsidered as this package is still on the marketplace and priced as high as $750.
I liked the system so much that I bought a second body so I wouldn't need to change lenses. I rarely use my Nikon dSLR cameras since getting the rangefinder style Panasonic.
