Thanks Martin. Sorry, don't remember but probably just 50-75. Pretty sure I was using increments of 25 microns, that's what I routinely use at 4 - 4.5X. I've gotten into a habit of routinely saving a jpeg of the final image and deleting all the stack images if I'm certain the final image will not be printed. Early on I incorporated the number of images stacked into the image file name but I stopped doing that some time ago.
