I have been experimenting with continuous shutter at high frame rates with a Godox TT685S and modified Better Beamer flash extender. I'm shooting at incredibly small apertures (f11-22) at a distance of about 20 feet.

My recent Nashville Warbler images were taken with this method. Here are more representative images.

I shoot in short burst with the camera set at 30 or 20 fps and the flash ready light never goes off.
