Excellent, Craig! Was this a stack? The DOF is quite deep.

Thanks, Stan! One shot handheld from about 8 feet away. These are the settings. I used the magnifier when focusing.

Magnificent image, well crafted!!
Thank you very much! I think you said it well as I did a fair amount of adjustments in Lightroom Mobile to get it just right.
Edit: Some of the crafting was while taking the shot to get the nearby shadows in the background as the backdrop.

AKA Plumeria tree. It’s interesting that the new blossoms have overtaken the old.
love your sharp and colorful shot, craig!
Very appealing image. May I make a suggestion for your consideration please? Work w/ brightness and contrast - simply follow what's there to make this good image pop. One could use a luminosity mask, levels, curves, and of course selective b/c adjustments. Just 1 or 2 would probably do the job. Have to play w/ it. Possibly some saturation levels - even lowering specific sat levels (a bit) to render more of a distance between the leaves and your beautiful flower. Then some specific low contrast area applications come to mind.
Just a thought. Hope you don't mind - just a very nice picture to work with. Look forward to more of your images.

Thanks, glad you like it enough to suggest a few tips. I’ll try it as I’ve wanted to learn more about the pop factor in general. I can set up a Zoom meeting next week if you can walk me through this.

You can PM me if you like - don't do Zoom; yet anyway. But be glad to help w/whatever I can. There are a lot more advanced photographers here than myself.
In advance look back through the last couple dozen image posts (per day) and you will find some exemplary shots by a few of the more advanced photographers here. Some are simply outstanding, from both landscape - color And b&w, and portraiture images. Study the light; how it plays on the main subject and the use of contrast to set the stage in developing the overall them of the image, bringing attention to the point of interest that is portrayed.
Kind of like a stage play & the lighting employed, with the overall scene, main character, the supporting cast & the accompanying stage props.
All that said I will be happy to offer what I can. Continued Happy shooting!
