Works the same with one pull. It's always at the corner.

Twin pulls also allow for a lock to be easily added (assuming the pulls have holes in the end). :)

Yes - a teeny, tiny lock.

Being able to lock you zippers is really good for some bags. For example I have a small lock for my range bag just incase.

You do know that the zipper is opened easily with a ball-point pen??? Locking the zipper(s) is no deterrent at all to any thief.

And anything with a zipper can be easily opened with a knife. But since locks are only designed to keep your friends honest, they do serve a purpose. :)

Did you ever wonder why lots of large items come with two zipper pulls?

I had purchased a nice camera bag. All the sections had two zipper pulls. When I overstuffed a section, eventually the zipper broke. I thought I would have to bring it in for repairs. I just switched and started using the other zipper. Now, I don’t need to bring it into a tailor or make a warrantee claim.

Did you ever wonder why lots of large items come with two zipper pulls? It occurred to me a while ago as I was opening something. If you put the two pulls in the center, you don't have to guess where to look for them the next time. You can always go to the center, and you'll always be right the first time.

This reminds me of the switch from USB Micro to USB C. With the Micro, you always have to guess which side is up. With the C, you're always right.

I ... cheat. Nail polish gets used!
Nesting ice trays? Nial polish- I always usuallly get them right.
USB? Nail polish dot on the "top" side- which is the same for all PCs and Macs,
So far.
"Refurbing" a weird PC? #1 pin on the mobo is a square, on the plug it's a dot.
BTW, a bit of shoelace, leather strip, ribbon etc is also handy finding zipper pulls.

If only they made pants like that.

I was in Manhattan years ago, and the zipper on my winter coat broke. As I walked down the street, I passed a tailor. I stopped in, and he fixed it in a minute - for free. If that a piece of electronics, I'd have to buy a new one.
