Hi, I have a nixplay screen that my children can put photos on over the internet. I would like to copy some to put in an album and also give copies to other family members. I am using a canon EOS t3 and a tripod. When I put the photos on my computer or print them out lines from the nixplay screen show. Is there any way to avoid /remove the lines?

Perhaps someone who uses the AI programs can help.

You are attempting to photograph low resolution copies of the original photos. Your Nixplay frame is be tied to a cloud storage account where the originals are located. Nixplay then compresses and resizes the files for display on your frame. As Nixplay explains, a 10 MB file on Nixplay Cloud might result in a 300 KB file on your frame after processing.

You should be able to access the Nixplay Could account for your frame, and download copies of the originals from there.

Just have your kids send you the image files.

Do I understand you correctly. You are taking photos of images on a computer screen?

This is the best solution to the image problem. Get the images sent to you so you can print better quality images.

You can also do a screen print (this should copy to your clipboard and then you can process it in PS or some other editing program) which is better than photographing your display.
