No i did not say or imply that the position was invented for Trump. I did not say that-and I don’t contend that. Another assumption on your part. I asked you if in your experience have you heard of it before. It is an anomaly, rarely used, and the judge indulged Trump by invoking it.

Of course. Just cause you haven't heard of it means nothing. It isn't something created specifically for the Trump investigation. Notice the word "special" which certainly applies to this case. It's certainly not an everyday occurrence, probably used 3 or 4 times out of a thousand cases.
