Can you explain in more detail? Do you mean the file name for the Catalog?

No, he said develop, map, book across the top template. I don't think you can change those.

Understood.
The font style of those items can be changed in the Identity Plate preferences. There may be an all caps font.

A quick look at my LrC plate setup shows 3 caps fonts which might be what the OP wanted:
Bodoni 72 Small Caps
Copperplate
Phosphate (lines or solid)
That's on a MacBook Pro. Other computers may have different fonts installed.
