I always assume there is no customer service, so complaints about it don't bother me. Several people have mentioned the poor customer support that Skylum offers for Luminar. I signed up for the free trial a couple of days ago, and I've gotten five emails from Skylum already, welcoming me into the flock and telling me how great their programs are. Isn't that nice of them!

That is amazing since Skylum is based in Ukraine!!!
I had a very good experience with Skylum support. I had somehow managed to get two email accounts with them (I go back to their days as MacPhun) and licensing with current products became problematic. An email to them resulted in a quick reply, a question (which was the correct email?) and they fixed it -- merged my two accounts into one. I can now see my entire history with them on one screen!

Helicon is also based in the Ukraine, when I had trouble doing an upgrade awhile back I felt guilty asking for help! But I sent them an email, it did take a day or two for a response, but they came through and all is well .
They live in the epicenter of the ransomware industry. Also, we just sent them 40 Billion dollars, so I doubt if your pennies would make much of a difference.

They care. There is this war going on in their country and hopefully things will get better once they remove the Russians from their country. Initially most of the women employees and men's wives and children escaped the country. Men were not allowed to leave.

I have been hammering them about the clone and stamp tool for neo for several months. It's been a year now. They always answer but always say it's coming. Yesterday I was fed up. So I posted a rather sharp comment on their forum. By golly they replied to that also. Only they said it's coming soon. Lol lol
