I hate seeing and hearing these terms because they're simply not true. I've been seeing and hearing these expressions way too much lately. I'm sure you have others to add.
"This changes everything." No, it doesn't. Nothing, short of the earth being hit by a giant asteroid, changes everything.
"This will bring you to the next level." No, it won't - unless you're talking about an elevator or a flight of stairs. There is no next level. You either improve at something, or you don't. You don't read an article and become transported to some imaginary space.
"This will blow your mind." No, it won't. I might find it mildly interesting or amusing, but it's not going to affect my mind. That expression is what you might call click bait, but why would you want to click on something that would destroy your mind?
