Out of balance between light and dark for me. I'd crop it to remove most of the shadowed leaves and maybe a little trimed off the bottom.

I agree with your cropping suggestions. I also find the grassy mound behind the rock to be distracting-it almost looks like a woman’s wig. The rock is interesting, but Because of its location on the left of the photo and the grassy mound behind it my eye wanders around the photo, looking for something to focus on.
